What is your return policy?

Our prints are specially made-to-order, for this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, or, offer refunds. however, your satisfaction is paramount.

What do I do if I received an incorrect item or if an item is damaged?

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received. Please email us at info@anavito.com, so that we can work with you to replace it.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Contact us immediately at info@anavito.com, if you notice you have entered an incorrect address. If your package has not yet shipped, we can make the necessary corrections. Be careful to enter the correct shipping information, including apartment number, suite, unit number, etc. to avoid delays or lost packages.

We are not responsible for excess fees incurred from incorrect-address shipping, nor from holding fees effected from not-at-home delivery attempts.

We ship from New York City, USA.

Do you charge for shipping?

We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States, including its territories, possessions, for free, using the USPS, and we offer an international flat fee, using various carriers, based on the country destination. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please email us for details. Shipping times may vary, and there can be unexpected delays. Please be aware that orders that contain multiple items will be shipped together in one package.

What about customs fees?

For international shipping: You are responsible for paying for any additional customs costs associated with the shipment of your order. You are responsible for being aware of your own country's customs policy, as they differ greatly from country to country. You will be fully responsible for any additional customs costs associated with the shipment of your item.

What do I do if my package is lost or missing?

Once your package has been shipped with tracking we are no longer responsible for it. If a package is marked as delivered, but it is not at its destination, you need to file a claim with the USPS as the receiver of the package.

What do I do if my package is returned to Alenca?

If a package is returned to the sender, the customer will be charged to re-ship. If reprinting and packaging is necessary, US and Puerto Rico customers will be charged the shipping cost of $7, plus the cost of reprinting. The additional cost for reprinting and shipping will be communicated to you via email.
